About Okubun

Greetings

Satoshi Okuda, 5th generation owner of Okubun.

After graduating from Ujiyamada Commercial High School in Ise City, I trained at the renowned Japanese restaurant Hamasaka in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. After I finished my training as a chef, I came back to Okubun cuisine hotel, my family business. Since then, I have been passionately serving meals with the finest seasonal food from the Ise Shima area as well as giving back to my city by promoting Ise City tourism and involving myself in the Ise Hotel Association and the Ise City Tourism Association.
